Welcome to Season Two of St. David's Episcopal Church's Podcast. This Season we will talk about how to discover the Light that has been placed inside of you by God and how that Light can be shined into the world around you. The process we use to discover these gifts is called Discernment.
It is our hope and prayer that this season of Epiphany will be one of discovery as we discern together as a Community how to "Shine A Brighter Light: in 2023! The Rev. Deacon Kathy Holcom will be joining us, and she has over 30 years of experience in Spiritual Direction. The St. David's Reading Project will be a 7-week podcast hosted by Remington and Rebecca, where we will read three books that have been chosen by three St. David's Youth! We will have a St. David's youth who will be joining us for a discussion of each title. Here are the three titles that we will be reading:
- Dune by Frank Herbert
- This is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession by Daniel J. Levitin
- Dear Justyce by Nic Stone.
